New Restaurant In Search Of A Long Lost Family:
Cured / 18th & 21st, a new restaurant from Wecker Hospitality Group, is in search of rock star staff members to become a part of our new and growing family. We need people who are full of energy and live to work under pressure. We are looking for individuals with stamina and experience, or those with a strong desire to learn. People who are looking for a great work environment, where they can make great money and get more meaning from their job. We need individuals who are flexible with their schedule and willing to work weekends and holidays. This is the hospitality industry after all, who knew weekends and holidays were a thing? We need fast learners who can roll with the punches when we realize something isn’t working and we need to go back to the drawing board. We need people who are willing to grow with our family from the ground up, have fun, and get a little dirty along the way.

A little bit more about what we are looking for:
We are passionate, detail oriented individuals and we want you to be also. You will be required to make our signature cocktails to our standards, set up and maintain a busy bar during lunch and/or dinner rush, adhere to all local liquor laws and standard operating procedures set in place by us, be proficient in all beverage knowledge, if the guest drinks it you should know a few things about it, and most importantly be able to do all of these things with a friendly smile on your face. Remember a jigger has nothing to do with experience, it only shows you have enough appreciation of the cocktail to make sure its consistent each and every time.
