Curador is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near St. Louis, MO

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years of experience working cross-functionally within a marketing team. Preference will be given to candidates with cannabis industry experience, Bachelor’s degree, project management experience, and CPG marketing experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the project management of all key marketing initiatives, delegating tasks and collaborating across teams as needed.
  • Graphic Design Briefs: Write, submit, track, and route design briefs for approval, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Content Management: Manage content vendors, write content briefs, review and route content for approval, and organize content in internal and external folders.
  • Budget and Invoice Management: Submit budget requests, track invoices, and review accruals monthly to ensure financial compliance.
  • Merchandise Management: Oversee merch vendors and ensure effective management of merchandise inventory.
  • Marketing Plan Execution: Execute marketing plans, including project management, vendor management, deadline management, deliverables, compliance, and KPI tracking.
  • Copywriting: Collaborate with the CMO, vendors, and other stakeholders to provide copywriting support as needed.
  • PR and CSR Strategy: Assist in the execution of PR and CSR strategies as needed to enhance brand reputation and social impact.
  • Promotions and Trade Marketing: Execute promotions, key account strategies, and trade marketing plans to drive brand visibility and sales.
  • Retail Merchandising: Develop and execute retail merchandising strategies, including vendor management, retail directives, and maintaining a database of dispensary photos.
  • Relationship Management: Take ownership of key local relationships with writers, vendors, influencers, and industry decision-makers to support marketing initiatives.
  • Budtender Incentive Strategy: Manage the budtender incentive strategy and execution to incentivize and motivate retail staff.
  • Budtender Sampling Program: Oversee the budtender sampling program to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Influencer Strategy: Manage the influencer strategy, submitting for review and approval, and nurturing relationships to amplify brand awareness.
  • Event Management: Manage vendors for event assets and lead experiential execution, ensuring seamless project management and memorable brand experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing
  • Minimum 2 years of cross-functional experience within a marketing team
  • Experience in project management preferred
  • Experience in CPG marketing preferred
  • Cannabis industry experience preferred
