Cumberland County FCU is Hiring a Service Specialist I Near Windham, ME

Full Time Hourly

40-42 Hours/Week

Description

Cumberland County FCU's Windham Office is seeking a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and sharp focus on providing exemplary service. As a Service Specialist I, you will work as part of a progressive and fast-paced Financial Services team to fulfill phases of member service, including but not limited to teller transactions/coverage, onsite ATM balancing/replenishment, opening accounts, cross selling loan and savings products, general knowledge of IRA’s, HSA’s, debit card & credit cards, insurance products, and closing consumer loans.

This position will be based in our Windham location, but will be required to roam for training or to provide coverage at any of our locations as needed.

Normal work schedule: Monday - Wednesday 8:15-4:45PM, Thursday - Friday 8:15-5:45PM.

Operations Center 101 Gray Rd , Falmouth, ME 04105 (off I-95, Rt 100).

Requirements:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, branch flexibility, multi- tasking, dependability, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.

Experience:

  • Cash Handling: 1 year (Required)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Required)

Education:

High School Diploma or GED is required. Some college preferred. Excellent service, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Proficient in MS OS & Office Products
  • Good typing/keyboarding skills (min 30 WPM)
  • Ability to learn multiple proprietary systems.
