CCFCU is seeking a highly motivated individual with a positive and confident attitude that has an eagerness to learn and adapt quickly. The main purpose of the Head Bank Teller is to provide leadership, direction and oversee the daily bank teller operations. Secondly, to serve as a liaison between members and the credit union. This bank teller position includes recognizing member needs and providing account information by offering a variety of financial products to members including loans, savings, IRAs and electronic products. The ideal head bank teller candidate possesses knowledge of deposit products, cash handling, ATM's and other teller branch operations.

The training for this individual will be “Hands On” and “On the Job,” but will also require a lot of self-learning and motivation. From time to time the position may require that the individual work during non-business hours to attend scheduled meetings and training sessions on providing excellent member service.

This position will be based in our Yarmouth location, but occasionally will be required to roam to provide coverage at any of our other locations as needed.

Normal work schedule is Monday through Friday. Mon - Wed 8:15am - 4:45pm; Thursday and Friday 8:15am - 5:45pm

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Branch Flexibility, Multi- tasking, dependability, excellent communication and teamwork skills.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent'
