Summer Part-Time Teller

Need some cash before you head back to school? Cumberland County FCU has summertime temporary teller openings at 30 hours per week with a sign on bonus! We would like to have you join our team anytime in May or early June and work up until you return to school in late August or early September.

We are a full service, rapidly growing credit union with offices in Falmouth, Portland, Westbrook, Windham, Yarmouth and Gray. We offer a competitive salary and a great work environment.

The essential functions of this position are to provide basic cash receipt and payment services in accordance with CCFCU procedures. Also, to be the face of the Credit Union and greet “walk-in” lobby members, identify the purpose and sell the “Call Center” model for those seeking new loan or account business.

Candidate must be flexible to change days/hours for coverage and be willing to "float" to ALL branches as needed. A positive attitude and great customer service skills are specific qualifications we seek.

Operations Center: 101 Gray Rd, Falmouth, ME 04105 (Off I-95 Turnpike Exit 53) Branches: 1345 Washington Ave, Portland, ME 04103 (next to Portland House of Pizza); 43 Lewiston Rd, Gray, ME 04039 (Near Cole Farms Restaurant, Route 100); 808 Roosevelt Trail, Windham, ME 04062 (After Wal-Mart, Rt 302); 150 Main St, Westbrook, ME 04092 (Next to Rowe Special Credit & KFC); 808 Route 1, Yarmouth, ME 04096 (Next to Hannaford Supermarket).

Schedule

Normal Work Schedule will be Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays 10:30AM-4:45PM & Thursdays, Fridays 10:30AM-5:45PM; OFF Saturday & Sunday

Job Requirements

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Branch Flexibility, Multi- tasking, dependability, excellent communication and teamwork skills and Saturdays are a MUST. Knowledge of deposit products and teller operations is preferred.

Education

Excellent service, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required. Minimum age requirement 17 years old.

Technical Knowledge

* Proficient in MS OS & Office Products

* Basic typing/keyboarding skills (min 20 WPM)

* Ability to learn multiple proprietary systems
