Culver’s is looking for an Assistant General Manager!

As a Assistant General Manager, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the General Manager grow and develop your skills. Job Skills and Requirements:

• Guest Service: A friendly, relaxing demeanor, courteousness and quick service will help get repeat customers by building trust in the brand.
• Communication: Ability to foster and encourage open communication, and cooperation.
• Teamwork: Restaurant Assistant General Managers are part of a team. You will be working with others to make a great dining experience. Being a team player is essential for success.
• Leadership Skills: Assistant General Managers must keep team members motivated, resolve conflicts, and make the difficult decisions, along with inspiring their team to always achieve their very best.
• Run shifts effectively to ensure quality products, excellent guest service and restaurant cleanliness while maintaining labor and food cost targets.
• Follows and implements restaurant policies and procedures effectively holding team members accountable for their actions and/or behaviors.
• Understands the financial reporting process and has the financial acumen to meet or exceed the key performance indicators of the business.
• Must be willing to relocate locally within 15 miles.

Results driven with 3 years of leadership experience as a high caliber Assistant Manager or Assistant General Manager.
