RESPONSIBILITIES: The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and technical support to the Advancement Team who work to advance Culver's mission by ensuring funding for the School. Responsibilities include greeting constituents, mail processing, data entry, processing ticket system requests, research assignments, and supporting Advancement hosted events. REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a high school diploma and three years of relevant work experience. Must have highly developed interpersonal skills, can meet people with ease, communicate the written and spoken word with tact and diplomacy, and work effectively within every level of CEF. The Administrative Assistant must have exceptional computer and data entry skills; must be able to organize data and produce reports, mailing lists, and a variety of related data efficiently. You will be a self-starter, possesses excellent organizational skills, is well-disciplined, and can work under pressure of many priorities and deadlines. Additionally, you must be discreet and able to maintain confidentiality as this position has access to highly confidential information.
