Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact
• Approach the role with a student mentality, eagerly learning about client needs, industry trends, and effective account management strategies
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives
• Embrace challenges with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, continuously seeking ways to exceed client expectations
• Analyze account performance and actively seek feedback to improve and refine strategies
• Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition into account management
