Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and evaluation of nursing staff.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

• Must be a Registered Nurse in the state of VA.
• Demonstrated knowledge and thorough understanding of Federal, State and local laws/regulatory guidelines governing the operation of a Hospice program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals at all levels.
• Computer savvy.
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
