Are You Looking to

• Facilitate continuous process improvement efforts with our marketing charter.
• Provide design support when needed including infographics, presentations, website graphics, and trade show booth design.
• Track progress, timelines, milestones, and deadlines and use your experience to alert stakeholders of any risks, obstacles, or delays.

Are You Ready to

• Oversee the execution of design projects with the Marketing team.
• Schedule and lead project team meetings from kick off to final recap.
• Implement systems created by the Design Lead for broad department and company usage.
• Lead photography efforts with third parties and decide if third parties are needed.

What You'll Need

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong project management skills with ability to multitask projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrative interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Create Suite Products and other design tools such as Canva, Sprout, MailChimp and other design and project management systems.
