Description

• Write short and long-form content (RFQs, blogs, press releases, email campaigns, social media posts)
• Develop marketing campaigns on various platforms including, but not limited to, video, email, content marketing, partnerships, events, social media, etc.
• Assist with strategic and creative design of company marketing and communication materials, including branding collateral, website, social media, PR, internal communications, events, photography, video production, media relations, and advertising.
• Work with engineering leads to analyze go/no-go criteria on RFP/RFQ opportunities.
• Assist with the execution of Strategic Marketing Plan.
• Maintain and execute QA/QC process for all proposals, marketing collateral, website, social media, RFQ/SOQ, and other related marketing projects.
• Lead internal and external event coordination to promote positive company culture via employee events, volunteer opportunities, networking, and public relations. 
• Evaluate market trends.
• Assist HR with the execution of recruitment marketing strategy.
• Coordinate all external marketing resources and third-party vendors.
• Support firm leaders and other business lines as needed with all other marketing-related needs. 

Requirements

Innovative thinker with bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR or Communications and 1 years of related job experience in marketing field, experience in A/E/C industry preferred. Must be energetic with persuasive communication skills and must be able to work well with senior management, peers and clients. Must be self-motivated, creative, and decisive. Qualified candidates should have experience in digital media, social media management, marketing services, brand management, creating graphic content and executing marketing strategies. Experience in technical writing, MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
