We're looking for a candidate with prior office experience. Applicants should be comfortable answering calls and using Microsoft office.

**Responsibilities:**

• - Answering inbound calls from customers regarding pest and wildlife control services.
• - Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues.
• - Assisting with administrative tasks to support the office operations.

**Requirements:**

• - Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• - Punctuality and reliability.
• - Ability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour lunch break.
• - Detail oriented
