Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, promoting and selling a variety of products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale systems
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and sales events
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
- Knowledge of wireless technology, electronics, or jewelry sales is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
