Position: Community Manager

As the Community Manager, you'll lead the comprehensive management of an inclusive community comprising over 200 units under the (LIHTC/HUD Section 236) program. Your adept leadership, paired with a dedication to resident satisfaction and exceptional customer service, will be paramount to your success. Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an assistant manager or community manager in multifamily housing
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Experience with collections preferred
- Genuine commitment to resident well-being
- Ability to adapt to evolving circumstances and challenges
- Experience with (LIHTC/HUD Section 236) regulations and requirements is required
