CTCI is Hiring a Procurement Manager Near Clifton, NJ

Position Overview: The Procurement Manager is responsible for developing and executing a sourcing strategy to meet the company's business needs, while ensuring cost savings, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate with suppliers for better terms and pricing.
  • Supplier Management Cultivate and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
  • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness. Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Procurement Processes & Compliance Ensure all procurement policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with company standards and applicable laws.
  • Streamline procurement processes to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Inventory Management Work closely with inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Monitor trends and anticipate future supply and demand.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting Collaborate with finance and operations to develop procurement budgets.
  • Monitor expenditures against budgets and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaboration with Leadership Team Regularly participate in Level 10 Meetings™, providing updates and insights on procurement activities.
  • Use the EOS Scorecard to track and report key performance indicators related to procurement.
  • Team Leadership & Development Manage the procurement team, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in procurement or a related role.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with procurement software and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
