- Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure that all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Calling in OUPS Tickets
- Handling permit questions.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
- Coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Ensure that all project work complies with relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination in the construction industry
- Experience calling in OUPS tickets.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of construction regulations and standards
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
