Job Description: Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through email and phone calls
• Create and email quotes to customers, enter orders and follow up with customers
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding pricing, and availability
• Follow up on inquiries in a timely manner to maximize sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements:

• Excellent computer skills, proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfortable working with multiple computer monitors to manage various tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Pleasant attitude, outgoing personality, friendly phone etiquette
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and results driven
• Attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $30,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
