Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent for second shift to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. Hours of work are from 3pm-11pm. Must have weekend availability.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Process reservations and cancellations following hotel procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent guest relations skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proven customer service experience
