Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest service and accurate financial reporting.

Duties:

- Conduct the nightly audit process to ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-ins and check-outs
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor and respond to phone calls and reservations during the night shift
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Prepare daily reports for management summarizing hotel operations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality, night audit, or hotel management preferred
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and communication
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
