Front Desk Agent / Receptionist

We are seeking a qualified front desk agent with a high level of professionalism and effective decision making .

Applicant must have strong interpersonal and administrative skills.

Key Requirements:

  • Please have solid references
  • Successful history as a front desk agent or related hospitality experience
  • Must have a flexible work schedule
  • Task-driven and self-managed individual

Responsibilities:

  • Register & process guests and their assigned rooms
  • Accommodate guest requests
  • Communicating with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms
  • Up Selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services
  • Handling cash payments
  • Maintain a clean and neat front desk area
  • Other responsibilities as directed by the General Manager

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

  • Nights as needed
  • Night shift
  • On call
  • Overnight shift
  • Rotating weekends
  • Weekends as needed

Work setting:

  • In-person
