Job Overview:
Crystal C Marketing, Publisher for Carolina Spark Magazine & North Carolina Bridal Magazine is hiring an Advertising Account Executive to join the team in inspiring and connecting the women of the Carolinas through our publications!
As the Advertising Account Executive, you will create, design and execute advertising plans for clients and prospective clients. You will also maintain current client relationships and actively prospect for new accounts on a daily basis. You will be the key point of contact for your assigned clients.
Responsibilities:
Drives sales by meeting with prospective clients on a regular basis and creating new relationships.
Manages email communications for advertising accounts.
Fosters relationships with clients and new prospective clients via email, phone and other means of communications.
Proposes advertising packages and plans to clients according to established schedules, deadlines and budgets.
Collaborates with the creative team and the editorial team to integrate advertising schematics with creative and editorial plans.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the publisher.
Consistently maintains and exceeds sales goals on a regular basis.
Pay and Benefits:
This position includes base pay, commission and fuel.

Outgoing, personable and dynamic personality preferred.
Maintains a professional sales appearance and friendly demeanor.
Must be able and willing to travel throughout North Carolina & attend networking events.
Works well under pressure and deadlines and communicates with team members effectively.
Manages sales pipeline and adheres to a consistent and timely follow-up plan.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Demonstrates excellent problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
Must be proficient in or have experience with Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets and/or other similar software.
Excellent sales presentation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
At least four years working in a B2B sales role or equivalent sales experience.
Customer service experience.
