Purpose: We are looking for a self-motivated HR Intern to join our HR Department. The HR Intern will provide key support for the HR Department by helping with the day to day tasks covering the full employee lifecycle.

Essential Duties:

• Participate in the HR Day-to-Day task within an employee’s lifecycle including new hires, exposure to employee relations, adherence to policies, employment changes, and terminations.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in screening, reviewing, and attracting talent
• Assist with processing payroll and tax reviews
• Focus on communications, education of employees, and audits related to benefits
• Participate with an I-9 audit
• Perform other task assigned

Education:

• Students actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business management with an emphasis/focus in Human Resource Management.

Physical Requirements: Tasks are usually performed in a sitting position. Intern may be required to stand, walk, talk, lift, reach, push, pull and grasp to complete assigned tasks.

Work Environment: While performing essential duties of this position an individual regularly works indoors and may be required to sit for long periods. Individual will be required to regularly talk, hear, see and often reach with hands, stand, walk, use a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment.
