Summary:
The Manager of Accounting and Finance is responsible for supporting the day-to-day functions of the finance and accounting operations of the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix and its related entities. All roles and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to supervision of accounting for ticket and sponsorship revenues, receivables, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, budget management and ad hoc projects and analyses.

This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of accountants for Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, including review and coaching.
- Review reconciliations while noting and resolving any reconciling items.
- Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, and reporting of financial information.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes.
- Manage, communicate, and collaborate with department heads on operating expense and capital expenditure budgets.
- Willingness to work on other ad hoc projects and complex analyses as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- 4-5 years relevant experience
- Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed
- Meticulous, ambitious, organized, team player
- Experience working with ERP systems a plus
- Strong Work Ethic – Self-directed and goal-oriented; Available to work extended hours as required
- Problem Solver – Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Develops alternative solutions
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills – Listens to others; Works well in a team environment
- Strong Computer Skills – Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs with advanced strength in Excel
- Seeks Continuous Improvement – Adept at learning new software; Confidently engages with technology
