Video Ad Creator Editor

Crushvertise is a affiliate advertising agency, looking for a video ad creator with experience in Facebook & TikTok video ad creation. We focus on creating hooks and ad creatives . As a video ad creator for Crushvertise you will be working directly with media buyers and potentially other editors to create new ad concepts for marketing angles. We are looking for someone who is passionate about ads that generate high conversion rates and low cpcs, and can create new fresh hooks and content. As we advertise primarily on Facebook, an understanding of the platform ad specs is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Edit audio & content based on angles & products being sold for new ads and their angles.

- Complete short-form video ads (~ 15-40 secs) using music, captions, and graphics. 

- Meet ad creation quotas and provide timely revisions for necessary changes.

- Organize and research finding footage, clips, hooks.

- Analyze video analytics and work with the sales team to improve content.

Requirements:

- 2 year of work experience as an video ad creator in Facebook and/or TikTok.

- Strong knowledge of rhythm, storytelling, and timing for Facebook content.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communications skills, verbal and written in English.

- Ability to work with a creative team.

- Ability to deliver quality results, in a deadline driven production.

- Heavy Interest, knowledge, and previous experience in Facebook video ads.

Bonus:

- Experience sourcing ad clips from other media sources

Payment:

- Hourly $5 - $6 w/ commitment of 40 hours per week
