Job Summary:
Crush Real Estate Group in Charlottesville, VA is looking for a motivated and driven Showing Agent to join our team. This is a full-time, commission-only sales position that will require the individual to work independently and meet monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Charlottesville VA real estate market and excellent customer service skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a commission-only sales position with uncapped earning potential. Our top-performing Showing Agents earn six-figure incomes. We provide leads, CRM, databases, proven systems, and training! 
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property showings for potential buyers in the Charlottesville VA area
- Identify and understand the needs and preferences of potential buyers
- Prepare and present offers to clients on behalf of buyers and negotiate terms of sale
- Follow up with potential buyers to answer questions and gather feedback
- Attend open houses and networking events to promote listings and build relationships
- Continuously educate self on market trends, new listings, and changes in real estate laws and regulations
- Collaborate with agents, brokers, and other professionals to assist in the buying process for clients
Requirements:
- Active real estate license in the state of Virginia
- Experience in real estate sales or related experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets
- Proficiency in using real estate software and online platforms
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel within the area
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
