- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about membership options, benefits, and promotions
- Assist customers in completing membership forms
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, concerns, and provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in the fitness industry or retail sales/customer service preferred
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
- Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they enter and exit
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to sell products or services and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
- Multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions is desirable
- Generate leads/new business through member promotions, leads, referrals, social media, guest passes, and prospecting.
- Manage and follow-up on 100% of Leads, referrals, Missed Guests, and any other opportunities.
