Crunch Care is Hiring a Full Time Nanny Near Los Angeles, CA
Young family in Los Angeles (Nichols Canyon area) is looking for a right-hand partner to help manage the household and care for their joyful, 4-year-old son ( in school until 2/3 pm) and 2-year-old son (starting school June 2024). The family is seeking someone who walks into the house every day with a great attitude and a loving, happy disposition. One where the kids are ecstatic to see because of her positive energy. A two-year commitment is required.
Must be an experienced, mature candidate who knows how to run a home, be of help to a family, and anticipate needs. The desire to educate and provide domestic support is important. Both parents work full-time, demanding jobs, and are looking for someone who will care for their children like their own and handle household duties so they are able to come home and enjoy time with their children. Being able to travel is a MUST for this role.
MUST BE PRESENT - We are not looking for someone who will be on their cell phone, laptop, or watching tv. If you cannot step away from your technology, this is NOT the role for you.
Schedule: M-F full weekday shifts 1-weekend shift, flexibility ideal, hours are typically 10 am to 6 pm. Ideal candidates will have the flexibility to start/end early as needed.
Pay: $35 per hour additional benefits such as PTO and paid holidays

- Primary responsibilities - first and foremost, creating an attentive and loving environment for the child
- Create a stimulating environment filled with play that is both educational and fun
Secondary responsibilities - household management
- Tidying and Organizing while the kids are at school (9am to 2:30pm)
- Family laundry for family and kids
- Meal preparation/Grocery Shopping for the kids/household
- Dishes as needed
- Light Errands such as grocery shopping, post office/UPS, etc
- Clothes and Toy organization/purging
Must Haves:
- Must be Flexible Current toddler/school-age CPR & First Aid
- Clean driving record, no DUI or DWI
- Non-Smoker
- 3 years of nanny experience
- 3 years of experience working with toddlers
- 3 years working with Multiples
- Safe car for running errands and driving children
- Be able to provide 3 - 5 supervisory references
- Healthy and active - able to take multiple walks per day and hold and carry the baby
- Child development background ages and stages a plus
- Must be willing to sign NDA
- Must be willing to travel with family as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per year
