Crunch Care is Hiring a Full Time Nanny Near Seattle, WA

Childcare providers needed! Crunch Care is growing rapidly and we are looking for the best of the best to join our team!

As a Crunch Care nanny you will be responsible for the following:

  • Temporary/Backup and OnCall care for children of all ages from infant to teenager in their own homes.
  • Keeping the child(ren) safe, happy, engaged. Whether it is singing songs, playing board games, following the family's meal or nap time schedule or just playing tag outside your job is to care for the children and WOW the family with your amazing skills!
  • We book you out for shifts daily
  • Locations vary and you can give us the geographical area that you want to work in.

What is required to be hired:

  • 2 years of professional child care experience (infants, preschoolers, toddlers, and/or elementary school-aged children). Your resume should reflect all your child care experience!
  • 3-4 Relevant professional child care references
  • Stellar communication skills
  • An energetic happy flexible attitude
  • Consistent employment history with no tardiness and/or no shows while on the job
  • CPR Certification
  • Driver’s License in most areas (NYC and SF it is not necessary)
  • Have at least 5 full weekdays of availability, Monday through Friday
  • Be able to start as early as 7 am and stay as late as 6 pm if needed (you will know your schedule ahead of time)
  • Have verifiable experience working as a nanny, babysitter, daycare provider, teacher, etc.
  • Comfortable using texting and email as a main form of communication
  • Able to commit a minimum of 6 months to this program
  • No cancelations or call outs unless an emergency

If Hired:

  • Must be able to provide legal work status in the US
  • Must have or get Child and Infant CPR and First Aid certification within a few weeks of employment
  • Able to communicate via Deputy app, texting, and email
  • Will complete an online, remote Orientation with the Operations Manager to help you be the best caregiver you can be
  • Trustline Fingerprints in CA

Pay:

  • $22.00 per hour paid bi-weekly via direct deposit. You will be a Crunch Care employee so you will receive an annual W2. Daily bonuses, plus OT.

Benefits Information : 100 hours per month of employment required, average of 23 hours per week

  • Sick time pay pursuant to state and city mandates
  • 2 extended education classes/trainings per year
  • 150 hours per month of employment required (benefits above will be included)
  • Health care stipend of $75 per month
