Baker Job Description:

We are looking for reliable, coachable, and motivated people who want to learn the Crumbl way and be part of a fun team environment. A baker will strive to provide excellent service and work in an efficient, professional manner. Bakers will execute, and understand steps to balling dough and frosting cookies. Bakers will perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products. Bakers will be knowledgeable on use of frostings, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance cookie presentation. To be a successful Baker, an individual will be efficient and friendly with a focus on food quality and customer satisfaction. Bakers are organized, decisive, attentive, and possess a strong desire to learn and execute.

Baker Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Read and understand recipes
• Measure and combine ingredients, use of mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
• Decorate and displaying finished product
• Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
• Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service
• Keep records relating to inventory and production levels
• Ensure deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Clean and restock workstation(s) and ensure that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
