Baker Job Description:
We are looking for reliable, coachable, and motivated people who want to learn the Crumbl way and be part of a fun team environment. A baker will strive to provide excellent service and work in an efficient, professional manner. Bakers will execute, and understand steps to balling dough and frosting cookies. Bakers will perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products. Bakers will be knowledgeable on use of frostings, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance cookie presentation. To be a successful Baker, an individual will be efficient and friendly with a focus on food quality and customer satisfaction. Bakers are organized, decisive, attentive, and possess a strong desire to learn and execute.
