The Kind of Work You’ll be Doing:

We are looking for a front-end web application engineer to lead our team's Javascript application support. Our applications use a variety of technologies, including AngularJS, ReactJS, Next.js, and others that will need support. This position will also involve some mentoring of less experienced Javascript developers to provide more lift across our ecosystem.

Experience with Angular 2 , AngularJS, ReactJS, Next.js, REST, GraphQL, and Git are all beneficial.

Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents those programs.

• Formulate and define system scope and objectives
• Solve complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
• Responsible for software integration, external interface development and technical ocumentation.
• Code individual modules and moderately complex functions, solving technical issues where precedent does not normally exist
• Design and develop some aspects of data conversion.
• Analyze, design, develop, unit tests and maintain enhancements to existing software applications while following Cru's software development life cycle (SDLC) methodology..
• Write and maintain documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections according to standard operating procedures
• Troubleshoot, documents and assists in the resolution of issues
• Unit and system test code as well as the code of others
• Regularly provides guidance and training to less-experienced analysts/programmers

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, or related field or equivalent years of professional work experience plus 5 years experience in computer programming positions of increasing complexity, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
