CRS Hospitality is Hiring a Restaurant Manager Near Champaign, IL

Position: Restaurant Manager

Location: Jupiter’s at the Crossing

Job Type: Full-time, Exempt

Compensation: $55,000-70,000 annually

Job Summary:

Jupiter’s at the Crossing is looking for a Restaurant Manager responsible for managing the daily operations of the business. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, the ability to collaborate with others and lead independently is a must. This person must exhibit hospitality as well as know how to hire, train, and inspire a like-minded team. The right person for this role should have a successful background managing in the food and beverage industry and have a proven track record of running a profitable business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee front-of-house aspects of the restaurant including arcade

• Collaborate with Banquet Manager and Kitchen Manager on staffing, scheduling, events, and more

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that arise

• Develop and implement strategies to increase profit and reduce costs

• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and budgeting

Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant experience in the restaurant, or other hospitality industries.

• 2 years of experience in a hospitality managerial role (preferred)

• Exceptional leadership skills and a team player with the ability to coach and develop others

• Outgoing and professional with a true passion for food and beverage and a heart for customer service

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong organization skills and attention to detail.

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional events

• Has a Certified Food Protection Manager certificate
