CRS Hospitality is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Champaign, IL
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of general maintenance repairs and services to all CRS Hospitality bars and restaurants. The ability to prioritize numerous tasks for multiple locations is a must. General tasks include but are not limited to: basic plumbing repairs, basic HVAC repairs and upkeep, general building maintenance and upkeep, and assisting location managers with other upkeep and cleanliness tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Ensure appearance of property and grounds are up to company standard
- Ensure building janitorial duties are being done and building are being maintained
- Complete work orders in a timely manner
- Be available for and answer after-hours phone calls from building managers
- Assist with construction and remodeling projects
- 1-2 years' experience in building maintenance
- General carpentry skills
- General knowledge of plumbing
- General knowledge of electrical, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
- Health, Dental, Vision (Full-time employees)
- 401k including company match after 1 year of employment
- IL paid leave
