The Behavioral Health Unit RN is responsible for the following job tasks:
- Assessing Patients
- Responding to Crises, Using De-escalation, Restraints and Seclusion
- Developing and Implementing a Plan of Care
- Applying the Principles of Case Management to Patient Care
- Documenting Nursing Process
- Communicating with all Members of the Care Team
Requirements
- Current PA RN License
- 1 year Behavioral health experience
Schedule: FR =Full-time Regular, 0 =Rotating Shifts, 7a till 7p and 7p till 7a
