What do we expect from you?
The server will continuously deliver exceptional services to our guests and deliver financial profitability. You will be responsible for the following tasks to the utmost standard:
- Ensure our tables are clean and tidy
- Present menus and serve food and beverages
- Take and deliver orders
- Must be quick on their feet
- Have a polite, pleasant, and friendly attitude
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Thrives in a fast-paced workplace
- Answer guest questions or make recommendations for complimentary products
- Resolve guest concerns, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely.
- Demonstrate guest satisfaction if a guest becomes dissatisfied.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- Experience as a Guest Service Agent for hotel 200 rooms or more
- Able to carry out the physical requirements of this role with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work varying days and shifts as business requires
- Preferably bilingual but not required
