Job Description

Offering 60-80k Job purposeThe Sales Representative / Client Advisor is to grow the ServiceMaster SRS client base by pursuing new business development initiatives and processes to drive market share from existing local clients while growing your book of business.

These responsibilities include actively participating in industry-specific associations, pipeline management, strategy development, understanding and executing on annual revenue targets, analyzing business opportunities, identifying priority prospects, creating compelling presentations, and participating in the business development proposal process.

You will partner closely with SRS leadership to ensure overall company success. Targets include but not limited insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, facility managers, risk managers, procurement, etc.

Duties and responsibilities*Sell enough work to make me not want you working for my competition!*Sell 3 national accounts, 12 regional accounts that enroll in the ServiceMaster Priority Response Program annually.

  • Host a minimum of 2 CE classes annually.*Face to face meetings, lunch & learns, daily contact with clients we want to work with is the focus of your activity.
  • A greater emphasis on personal interaction with our current clients and new clients daily and weekly will be required during both normal and after hours.
  • Attract and connect with prospects, create proposals, respond to RFPs, facilitate, and close new business. *Entertain our customers when applicable for the purpose of good will.
  • Establish a diverse network of relationships by positioning yourself within the local community as a leader in your field.
  • Research and obtain market awareness of industry and client.*Execute short and long-term sales plans.*Maintain personal sales efforts through the continued development of your portfolio of business.
  • Research a customer’s existing facility solutions / programs and schedule a walk of the facility with the prospect / client.
  • Effectively manage your sales pipeline and update client activity in CRM in a timely manner.*Actively participate in training initiatives to enhance and develop personal performance.
  • Assist the company with competitive intelligence.*Negotiate contracts, close the deal, and manage the transition to Operations to ensure the proposal commitments are delivered.
  • Attend regularly scheduled sales and training meetings with affiliated ServiceMaster personnel. *Make maximum, effective use of advertising and promotional material in cooperation with customers and within profit and expense control limitations.
  • Possess a genuine desire and ability to discover the changing needs of clients and respond accordingly with solutions that target those needs.
  • Successfully build alliances and influence key decision makers at all levels.*Position requires flexibility to travel, as needed, including overnight.
  • Master company capabilities*Ensure loyalty through excellent customer service.*Adhere to JRC Policies and Procedures.

Job Requirements

Qualifications*The educational requirements for this position are but not limited to, as follows : *Required : High School Diploma or GED*Recommended : Bachelor’s Degree*The experiential requirements are, but not limited to, as follows : *Required : Previous sales experience.

Required : Working knowledge of all Microsoft applications*Required : Excellent presentation skills
