Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Setting: Utilize cold calling, text messaging, and online sales strategies to schedule appointments with prospects.
  • Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to prospects, actively listening to their needs and identifying opportunities for sales.
  • Goal Achievement: Collaborate with the team to meet weekly, monthly, and yearly quotas set by Crown Haven Wealth Advisors.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of current and potential customers to facilitate effective follow-ups and engagement.
  • Product Expertise: Become proficient in our products and services to effectively communicate their unique value propositions.

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 years in outbound sales positions.
  • Insurance background is Preferred but Not Mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Sales Acumen: Exceptional phone and cold calling skills with a knack for sales.
