The candidate will have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.ResponsibilitiesInput, maintain and pay vendor invoicesVerify approved employee expense vouchers and payCheck for monthly recurring vendor invoices - Review and maintain Accounts Payable AgingProcess and prepare all monthly client invoicesReconcile and tracking A/RPrepare 1099 and other annual reporting requirementsGeneral Ledger reconciliation and journal entry preparationOther duties as assignedThe successful candidate for this position will work at our HQ office in Arlington, VA conveniently located across the river from Washington DC.
