Job Description:

What you will do as a Tax Managing Director:

*Develop, build and maintain client relationships by understanding and identifying solutions that address client's needs

*Facilitate the implementation of consulting and compliance projects including identifying, understanding communicating and managing projects from inception to completion

*Provide technical expertise to expand the practice and develop the team

*Mentor, develop and support the growth of a team of professionals

*Serve as an engagement leader by leading and growing new and existing client engagements

*Participate in professional and networking organizations that enhance your career growth and the growth of the firm

Your experience includes:

*Bachelors degree required; major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics preferred

*Ten (10) or more years of prior relevant tax experience, including experience within a consulting/ professional services firm

*Experience leading engagements and teams

*CPA certification
