POSITION OVERVIEW
Crossroads is seeking a highly qualified Management Analyst III to support the management and administrative programs of the National Institue of Health, Clinical Center.

Critical Duties and Responsibilities:

-Participates in studies and analyses of internal administrative operations, organizations, or management to achieve greater economy and efficiency. Prepares materials for workflow and operational analysis, cost studies, and/or equipment utilization.

-Prepares initial work plans and draft reports based on existing procedures or observation of the program activity being studied.

-Reviews both program operational plans and current and incoming work projects. Makes basic recommendations for improving methods. Participates in determining the need for work standards and control systems.

-Provide program planning, development and evaluation

-Provide Project Management Support

-Provide tracking and monitoring support

-Perform coordination activities

-Provide survey services as needed

-Work in collaboration with senior staff to establish or redefine various Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

-Examine current SOPs and provide recommendations and revisions for process improvements.

Qualifications:

-U.S. Citizenship requirement or proof of being a U.S. National must be met by closing date.

-Employment is subject to the successful completion of the pre-appointment process (i.e., background investigation, verification of qualifications and job requirements, completion of onboarding forms, submission of required documents, etc.)

-Bachelor's Degree

-Minimum of six years of related experience

-Sharepoint and Concur

-Superior written and verbal communication

-Execellent Analytical and Creative Problem Solving
