Crossnore Communities for Children is Hiring a Family Foundations Supervisor (Triad Region) Near Salem, NC

Family Foundations Supervisor

As a Family Foundations Supervisor, you will lead Crossnore’s Intensive In-Home Team, providing support, supervision, and oversight in the NC Triad Region. You will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of trauma-responsive services to children and families in need. This position requires travel to community agencies and families’ homes, as well as after-hours on-call support.

Location: Triad Region of North Carolina

Status: Full Time, Exempt

Hiring Range: $55,000 - $64,500

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a human services or related field.
Licensed clinician required (full or associate level LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT).
Minimum of at least 2 years experience providing direct services to children and families.
Previous experience as a supervisor strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Ensure service delivery aligns with state’s Intensive In-Home Service Definition.
Provide individual and family therapy, conduct clinical assessments, and facilitate team meetings.
Supervise team members, including training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
Collaborate with community agencies and stakeholders to promote client and staff development.
Maintain documentation and compliance with agency policies and procedures.
