Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our daily operations at our fitness facility. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the gym by providing exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of gym operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising staff in accordance with company standards
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain proper food safety protocols
- Collaborate with the team to create innovative ways to improve the customer experience
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching or disciplinary action when necessary
- Interview, hire, and train new employees to build a strong team
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience in as a manager
- Strong knowledge of fitness (CrossFit L1 minimum)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Proficient in supervising staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Experience in CrossFit is beneficial
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is a plus
- Must be able to pass any required background checks or certifications for the position
