In this role, you will:

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations
• Hire, train, develop, and motivate team members
• Ensure excellent execution of recipes, standards, and procedures
• Manage inventory, budgets, reporting, and administrative tasks

We require:

• 5 years restaurant management experience
• Proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work various shifts and weekends as needed
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Valid food safety certification
