Cromulence LLC is Hiring an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant Near Melbourne Village, FL

Cromulence is looking for a Full-Time (40 hours/week) Office Manager/Administrative Assistant. The position will be responsible for front end office operations and the overall facility. The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities: 

  • Field inbound communications - Answer phone calls/general email inquiries and route to the appropriate internal parties as needed.

  • Monitor main entrance- Receive visitors and deliveries. Enter traceable deliveries into the property management system. 

  • Organize internal resources - Develop and maintain processes to keep office supplies organized and easily accessible. Order and stock shelves with office supplies, food, and beverages on a regular basis.

  • Liaise with visitors - Act as point person for office guests. Coordinate with staff to accommodate guests and customer visits. This will include having food and drink available for customer guests as appropriate for pre-arranged events/meetings. 

  • Maintain facility – perform minor maintenance and cleaning tasks as required in between regularly scheduled services from vendors. Contact, schedule, and escort repair services as needed, e.g. plumbers, A/C repair, handyman. 

  • Communicate policies and procedures – Work with HR to alert employees of new processes, rules, and regulations. 

  • Event planning – aid in the planning and execution of company events, e.g. company offsites, employee appreciation dinners, office parties, etc. 

  • Facilitate executive-level operations - Book travel, submit expense reports, and send communications for company leadership as needed. 

  • Coordinate scheduling - Set up meetings based on availability for both internal and external participants. 

Requirements: 

  • 1-2 years experience as an administrative assistant, secretary or receptionist preferred 

  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills 

  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 30 lbs, e.g. a case of soda or a box of paper 

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive, high-energy attitude 

  • Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set 

  • Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, projectors) 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) 

  • As an office/facility focused position, this role is 100% from the office during normal business hours.
