Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Membership Sales professional to join our team. As a Membership Sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential customers- kids and adults. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming leads, schedule new member appointments, and perform all follow up communications.
- Learn and implement the scripted new member introductory lessons.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing members to encourage renewals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring member satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Take part in external marketing efforts, such as booths or school talks, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- The ability to work with kids ages 4 and up as well as adults is required.
- Previous martial arts experience is nice, but not required. However, you must be willing to learn.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating discounts.
- Basic computer familiarity required.
