Position: Teen Center Supervisor

Location: Crivitz Youth Inc., Crivitz, WI

Hours: Part-time, 20-35 hours per week (weekend work required, no later than 6pm)

Pay: Commensurate with experience

Crivitz Youth Inc. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teen Center Supervisor. This position plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations and activities of our Teen Center, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for our teenage members.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise teenage members, providing guidance and support
• Plan, organize, and facilitate age-appropriate activities and programs
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all Teen Center participants
• Maintain a clean and organized Teen Center space
• Communicate effectively with Teen Center staff, parents, and community members
• Assist with Teen Center administrative tasks as needed
• Encourage participation from current and new members
• Assist with Teen Center facility rentals

The Teen Center Supervisor reports to the Executive Director.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with teenagers preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass background check

Schedule:

- Some weekends required (no later than 6pm)

- Minimum 20 hours per week, maximum 35 hours per week (depending on programming)

- No work on holidays
