Critical Process Systems Group is Hiring a Production Admin - Diversified Fluid Solutions (DFS) Near Boise, ID

This position is with our company Diversified Fluid Solutions, which manufactures a variety of chemical blending and distribution equipment, provides technical expertise, and delivers flawless support to meet a diverse array of high purity chemical applications.
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for being detail oriented and must demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:TECHNICAL SKILLS NEEDED:
  • Move packages, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas.
  • Maintain a clean and debris-free environment.
  • Assist with crating and preparing large machines for shipment. Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, using hand tools and/or power tools.
  • Communicate and work effectively with all members of department in addition to other internal and external contacts.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking inventory into its proper warehouse location.
  • Read, pick, mark, “Pick List” or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments for material or equipment needs.
  • Possibly assist with weekly cycle counts of inventory.
  • Confer or correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance to specifications.
  • Assist in the processing of year-end physical inventory.
  • Print and or apply labels.
  • Other assignments as requested.

SPECIFICATIONS and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Accurate inventory/count parts provided from warehouse.
  • Read blueprints provided by engineering.
  • Lift at least 50lbs over your shoulder
  • Organizational/clerical skills
  • Multitasking is a must as you will be working with different departments and projects.
  • Attention to detail is extremely critical.
  • Clear communication with different departments is essential.
  • Basic computer skills
Education and/or experience
High School diploma or equivalent.
Language skills
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from small and large groups.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply mathematical skills and analyze performance trends in data; Demonstrated experience applying structured problem-solving and decision-making tools and methods.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to identify problems, collect information, establish facts, and suggest solutions; Ability to develop and support conclusions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and move material. The employee frequently is required to walk, bend, lift and use arms, hands and fingers to reach, lift, handle, and feel products. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move products up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics include periodic noise increases, although for the most part the environment is usually quiet. Safety glasses and other required protection should be worn when out in the shop area.
