The group is led by an extremely successful lead broker whose book has over $40M in revenue, so the sky is the limit for production! The brokers on the team are willing to mentor and help to develop. The biggest characteristic they are looking for is a hard worker who is willing to pound the pavement.
The salary is open and related to the candidate’s experience and current production.
