Summary:
This person will be responsible for training with the customer service department and becoming a vital part of the team.
Responsibilities:
· Enter new sale orders into the ERP system
· Communicate shipping updates to customers and outside representatives
· Assist other team members by entering generated sales quotes into the system
· Coordinate with the scheduling team on order updates
· Answer incoming calls/emails with general information
· Any other duties assigned
Preferred Experience:
· 2 or 4 year Degree
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in MS Office
· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and stay organized
