Position Summary

Assist HR leadership and team with day to and any other general duties necessary.

Position Responsibilities

• Crider, Inc. requires all employees to comply with and support all Food Safety and Quality policies, programs and procedures to ensure our products meet and exceed consumers’ expectation
• Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
• Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
• File employment files, terminations, and varies paperwork
• Fill out separation notice
• Perform other duties as directed or requested
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Essential Skills and Experience

• High School degree required; Preferred college degree.
• Ability to communicate and work well with others in a dynamic environment
• Effective HR administration and people management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
• Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately follow instructions.

Preferred Skills/Experience

Kronos or other HRIS experience, data analytics experience, 1-3 years HR experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Able to walk and stand, use arms and legs for long periods of time including wrist turning and finger manipulation.
• Employee stands frequently with tasks requiring consistent bending, stooping, kneeling, or crawling to complete; Lift, carry and push/pull occasionally of up to 50 pounds is required.
• While Performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to extreme temperature conditions.
• Job locations can be consistently 40 degrees or below.
• The noise levels at work are moderate to loud and hearing protection is required.
