Position Summary:

Employee will be responsible for maintaining all equipment in assigned area.

General Purpose:

Technicians will maintain operation of all equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Role Qualifications

• Complete preventative maintenance in a timely manner.

• Perform daily checks.

• Maintain all equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations.

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Position Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment is operating effectively and efficiently.

• (In case of absence of key personnel, the job will be filled by a trained employee)

Essential Skills and Experience

• Employee should be experiences in electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

• Advanced machine trouble shooting is desired.

• Basic PLC and fabrication skills are desired.

• Meet all expectations of Level 1.

• Electronic training or experience preferable.

Preferred Relevant Skills and Experience

• Employee must have a high school diploma/GED. Strong abilities in mathematics are a necessity. Written and verbal communication skills required with a strong desire to lead by example and follow directions.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Physical Demands: Employee stands frequently with tasks requiring consistent bending, stooping, kneeling or crawling to complete. Lifting occasionally of up to 50 pounds is required.

• Work Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to extreme temperature conditions. Job locations can be consistently 40 degrees or below. The noise levels at work are moderate to loud and hearing protection is required.
